1. What data we collect

2. What we DON'T collect
We don't access your Telegram contacts, your other chats or real financial information (we don't connect to your broker or your bank accounts). Your full card number never passes through our servers: Hotmart handles it directly.
3. Where the data is stored
Conversations and user data are stored in our own database, hosted on a server in the European Union. The content used to give the bot context (Giancarlo's podcasts, articles and analyses) is indexed in our own vector database, also in the EU.
4. Who we share data with
- Telegram: as the messaging channel, it processes the content of each message to deliver it.
- Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini): they process the text of your question to generate the assistant's reply.
- Hotmart: handles payment if you subscribe to Premium, as merchant of record.
- Market data providers (e.g. Binance, Polygon prices): they only receive the symbol looked up, never personal data.
We don't sell personal data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
5. How long we keep it
Conversations are kept while your account is active, for support and service improvement purposes. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time (see section 7).
6. Cookies on this website
This page (gianmarkets.com) doesn't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. It only remembers, in your browser, the language you choose for the site. The Telegram bot doesn't use cookies either: all interaction happens inside the Telegram app.
7. Your rights
If you live in the European Union (GDPR) or another jurisdiction with similar rights, you can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to us through the Telegram bot or at [email protected]. We will reply within a reasonable time and, in any case, within the applicable legal deadlines.

10. Language
This document is available in Spanish, Italian and English. The Italian and English versions are translations provided for convenience: in the event of any discrepancy or doubt as to interpretation between versions, the Spanish version always prevails.
