By using the Telegram bot @gianmarkets_bot ("gIAn") or this website (gianmarkets.com), you accept these terms. Please read them before subscribing.

1. What gIAn is

gIAn is an educational conversational assistant on Telegram that teaches technical analysis of financial markets (crypto, stocks, forex and indices) using Giancarlo Prisco's method for MiTrading. It explains charts, support/resistance zones and market context based on public data, using objective rules that are identical for every user. gIAn does not send trading signals, does not offer copy trading or automated investment systems, does not connect to brokers, and does not execute or suggest executing trades.

2. Not financial advice

gIAn is an educational and informational tool. It is not investment advice, it does not manage accounts or brokers, it does not issue personalized buy or sell recommendations, and it does not guarantee any result. Investing in financial markets involves a risk of loss. Every investment decision is solely the user's responsibility. Before making any decision, assess your own financial situation and, if needed, consult an authorized advisor.

3. Plan and subscription

gIAn is offered through a single recurring monthly subscription that includes a 5-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial: if you don't cancel before day 5 ends, the first charge is made automatically and the subscription renews every month at the price in effect when you subscribed.

You can cancel at any time — during the trial or afterwards — from the Telegram chat itself with the /cancel command or from Hotmart's billing manager. Cancelling during the 5-day trial avoids any charge. Cancelling afterwards stops billing and Premium access immediately; there are no penalties or minimum commitment, but the remaining time of an already paid period is not refunded pro rata.

4. Billing and payments

Payments are processed by Hotmart, which acts as the merchant of record (authorized reseller) of the subscription. This means the invoice, the charge to your payment method and the handling of the corresponding taxes are carried out by Hotmart on our behalf, not by MiTrading directly.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use gIAn for illegal activities, market manipulation or spreading false information, nor try to exploit, resell or automate access to the bot beyond reasonable personal use. We reserve the right to suspend access in case of abusive use.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability. There may be interruptions due to maintenance, failures of external providers (market data, Telegram, AI models) or force majeure. We are not liable for losses arising from the service being unavailable.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Relevant changes will be announced through the bot itself or on this page. Continued use of the service after a change implies acceptance of it.

10. Language

This document is available in Spanish, Italian and English. The Italian and English versions are translations provided for convenience: in the event of any discrepancy or doubt as to interpretation between versions, the Spanish version always prevails.
